HOW MUCH DOES A PARTY BUS COST TO RENT?

Some companies charge a flat hourly rate and add extra “hidden” fees for travel time, fuel, gratuity or other related costs. We don’t do it this way.  Our pricing is customized to fit your specific needs and we already factor all related costs into your quote.  The quote is the final price you pay unless there are damages, excessive cleanup, or extreme deviations from the quoted itinerary.  Gratuity is not included.  We suggest 15-20% of the total price if you were satisfied with your driver's customer service.  Please take care of the driver! 

CAN WE SMOKE ON THE BUS?

Sorry, the answer is NO.  Vaping is okay.  It is against federal law to smoke on any bus.  If any passenger smokes on the bus and there are damages such as burn holes the card on file will be charged for damages!

WHAT CAN WE BRING ON THE BUS?

Food and drink, including alcoholic beverages (except Jello Shots), are welcome on the party bus.  We DO NOT provide coolers.  No illegal drugs are permitted.  Keep in mind that anything beyond basic sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash may require an extra cleaning charge.  Please drink responsibly, as over-intoxicated or unruly passengers are subject to removal from the bus at the driver's discretion.  Anyone consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older.  Driver reserves the right to check ID's.  There is also a cleaning fee charged to the card on file if anyone vomits on the bus.

HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY BUS?

It’s easy!  Fill out the quote form on our pricing page, send us a Facebook message, email us at overbyja@gmail.com, or call/text at 920-366-9050 (leave voicemail if no answer).  Tell us of your transportation needs and we will quote you a price.  Once you agree to set up a booking, we will email you an invoice, contract, and link to pay the down payment online.  Once you pay the down payment and return the contact your spot will be reserved.  We will follow up a few days before your trip to make any adjustments or address any last minute details.

WHY DO YOU ASK FOR MY CREDIT CARD INFO ON YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT WHEN I ALREADY PAID ONLINE?

We ask for a valid credit/debit card number in case of damage or excessive cleaning (vomit/bodily fluids).  It is separate from our payment system.  You will be notified prior to us charging the card if a damage or excessive cleaning fee will apply.  Your info is stored securely on our server and deleted 7 days after trips end.

WHAT TYPE OF CERTIFICATION DO YOUR DRIVERS OBTAIN?

A CDL with passenger endorsement is required for any driver transporting more than 15 passengers.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

The down payment is refundable up until 2 weeks prior to the date of your trip.  After that, it becomes non refundable unless we can book the period you had reserved.  We would also be happy to apply your down payment towards a new date if available in the event you need to cancel last minute.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We are based in Green Bay, WI and have authority to travel anywhere in the state.  Typical areas we service are Green Bay, Appleton/Fox Valley, Door County, Shawano, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan.  

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIP?

It depends on the occasion, day of the week, and time of the year.  Saturday afternoons typically fill up the fastest.  For weddings, we recommend 6 months to 1 year.  Night time events 3-6 months.  However, we don't book ANYTHING more then 1 year in advance.

WHAT TYPE OF CERTIFICATION DO YOUR DRIVERS OBTAIN?

All of our drivers have at least 2 years experience and must hold a Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement.  Subject to annual driving record reviews, pre-hire and random drug and/or alcohol tests, and DOT physical examinations.
