Since every party bus trip is unique, we will give you your own individualized quote. This way, you only pay the price you are quoted with NO extra fees or charges. We include all factors into your price for you.
Pricing is based on time needed and approximate distance to be traveled.
Gratuity is not included in quoted price. We suggest 15-20% of the total price (industry standard) if you were satisfied with your driver's service. Please take care of the driver!
We have a 3 hour (consecutive) minimum rental period.
Additional time may be purchased during event at a rate of $125/hr. Subject to bus and driver availability.
We require a $150 down payment with signed rental agreement to hold your reservation which is refundable up to two weeks before event.
We also will need a credit/debit card on file for any incidentals or damage.
Balance is due BEFORE loading the bus.
THE BOOKING PROCESS
It's easy! Every aspect of the booking process can be done online in most cases. Here's what to expect:
Once you let us know you would like to book, we will email you an invoice with a link to pay the down payment OR full amount online. We use Quickbooks secure payment system so your payment info is safe.
Fill out the online rental agreement with your trip information and sign. If you need to update any of the information after signing, just contact us and let us know. The page is secure and encrypted so your info is safe. When you submit, we automatically get a copy and you have the option to save or print it for your records.
Once we receive the down payment AND rental agreement, your trip is officially booked and locked into our trip calendar
We will confirm with you that we received your down payment and rental agreement, and follow up a few days before your trip in case any changes or last minute details need to be addressed.
The down payment will be applied to the final price. The balance can be paid either online through the Quickbooks link, or you can give cash to the driver at pickup time.
