PRICING

Since every party bus trip is unique, we will give you your own individualized quote.  This way, you only pay the price you are quoted with NO extra fees or charges.  We include all factors into your price for you.

  • 3 Hour minimum (consecutive)

  • Your quoted price includes duration of rental, our travel to/from your pickup location (if outside of Green Bay metro area), and any estimated extra fuel for long distance travel.

  • Gratuity is not included in quoted price.  We suggest 15-20% of the total price (industry standard) if you were satisfied with your driver's service.  Please take care of the driver!

  • Overtime in excess of timeframe originally scheduled is $150/hr.  Subject to bus and driver availability.

(NOTE: This is a premium OVERTIME rate, NOT our actual prices.  Please contact for a quote!)

  • We require a $150 down payment with signed rental agreement to hold your reservation.  NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF TRIP

  • We also will need a credit/debit card on file for any incidentals or damage. 

  • Balance is due BEFORE loading the bus.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

It's easy!  Every aspect of the booking process can be done online in most cases.  Here's what to expect:

 

  1. Contact us for a quote and availability using the form below (preferred for fastest response), send us a message on Facebook, email us, or call/text. 

  2. Once we confirm availability and you agree to the quote, we will email you the link to our online rental agreement form.  Fill out the online rental agreement as accurately as you know.  If you need to update any of the information after signing, just contact us and let us know.  The page is secure and encrypted so your info is safe.  When you submit, we automatically get a copy and you have the option to save or print it for your records.

  3. We will review your contract within 5 business days, and charge the card on file for the $150 down payment or full amount as you indicate on the contract.  You will be emailed a receipt...this is your confirmation your contract has been processed and trip is scheduled.

  4. You will be emailed an invoice within the week of your booking.  You can make your final payment online through this invoice or we also take cash or check when the bus arrives.  We do not have a card reader on the bus.
